★ NICE DIET & EXERCISE ★


(1)Diet

 Today, there is much food in Japan. For example, French, Italian, American, Chinese and so on. Foreign food tends to contain many calories. But Japanese has low calories. If always we eat Japanese food, we become to be health and we loose weight. It is good diet for our health.

 The central of Japanese food are vegetables. Japanese dishes in restaurant is difficult to cook. Because we spend much time to cook. But this site tell us how to cook easy cooking.

(2)Exercise

 Do you know Yosakoi Odori? It is Japanese dance. It is powerful and cool.

I belong to Yosaki team. To dance with team mates is very interesting for me! We smile naturally while we are dancing. It is aerobic so very hard and sweat. It is pleasant and a good exercise. So it is to kill two birds with one stone!

 In Nagoya, Yosakoi festival is held every year. Name is Nippon Domannaka Festival. Many team participate in the festival. I join it this year for the first time. I am looking forward to join very much!!
